Having had a
large Party to Dine with me
to day I could not answer
your Note - I thank you until
now but as I shall not go
down to Sydney Tomorrow
in consequence of [¿]
postponing the Departure I will
thank you to send by some
safe conveyance the [Leasing]
[Bills] for the [Sum] You mention

in the course of [Tomorrow]
in order that I may endorse

I shall not fail to have
a conversation with [¿]
[Gentleman] with [subject]
of your [delay], the usuall
I shall communicate if

Sunday, or when I go down
to Sydney.
